nung sinabi ni mam estira na sa P.O.C. ako mapupunta,
i fell off of my chair.. LITERALLY!!! hahahahaha..
as in, naga-slide ba ako sa chair ko, nasa harap pa naman dn ako!!
and it is not because it was a "eeewww-nesss" hospital,
i fell off because kasama ko ang barkada!! AHHAHAHA
sabi ko nga nung araw na yun,
"wala akong pake kung sang ospital ako mapunta,
basta kasama ko ang barkada!!" hahahaha..
(prinsipyo ng ayaw pa gum-raduate eh noh? hehe..
pero with regards to hospital assignment, at first,
well yeah medyo hindi ko nagustuhan..
pero after siguro 1 hour, aba, ayan na ang mga text!!
"naku, gagaling ka dun","ok mga tek dun, medyo matatanda nga lang",
at my personal favorite "TOXIC don boi, pero matututo ka"..
and after my FIRST day, sobrang TOXIC nga!!
that is the only first best fitting to describe P.O.C.
pero sa FIRST day ko dn nalaman na parang ang galing galing ko! haha
nakapag Lumbo Sacral examination ako,
using the second to the smallest film!!!
eh before nga BIG FILM, napuputulan pko eh! hahahahaha..
do i need to add more?
ok sige, uhmm, during first weeks, may LECTURE kame..
as in, yung mga tek, find time during their busy sked, para turuan kame first hand!!!
how kewl is that? tlagang kapag umalis ka sa ortho ng wala ka natututunan,
isa lang problema mo, baog ka.. (HUH?) hahahaha

oh yeah, nga pala.. nagdodorm na nga dn pala ako..
with regards sa space, lets just say wala pa siyang 5 sq. meters..
hahaha.. good for 2 lang dn naman eh, saka we have our own bathroom..
saka may privacy kame, other rooms have room mates na hindi mo tlaga kilala eh..
with regards to accessibility, lets just say kahit gumising ako ng 6:30,
na ang pasok eh 7am, makakapag log-in pa dn ako ng 6:55..
(wala pa nga lang breakfast) hahaha..

single most F-ed up regret is that wala akong internet connection! hahaha..
i have to check my mails, 2 days a week nalang, during fridays and saturdays!
wala masiyado comp. shop dun eh.. (kase naho-holdap yung buong shop! ahha)
oh and the GASTOS!! hahahahahaha..
last night lang kame hindi naginom, eh weve been staying sa dorm for 1 week na!
and about last night, me and kebin were so restless!!
hinahanap ng sistema namin yung beer, yung pampatulog!!!! hahahaha..

so its, one week down, 5 months and 7 days to go.. ehehe..

it happened, JUST LIKE THAT..

when andrew first knew he was gonna be an intern,
he expected it to be an experience of a lifetime..
and sure as it is, well, it was.. hehe..
and he's only half way there,
he just finished his junior internship at DLSUMC..
(De La Salle University Medical Center)
his senior internship? well, they haven't announced it yet..
and in the 5 1/2 months he had stayed in that hospital,
he's gotta say, it was something he would do over and over again..
he wouldn't change every minute and every second of it..
he doesn't clearly remember everything that had happened,
but significant highlights of this experience, he would never forget..

like on the first day, how they counted the time left for them to be on duty..
the first catch phrase ("TOXIC"! haha.. which was an exaggeration of the first day)
the first person to talk to them and orient them
the first inuman! haha..
the first 16 hour duty..
the 32 hour duty..
the residents/consultants/staffs..

there were times in this experience that andrew wanted it to end,
of course as there were UPs, there are also DOWNs..
but now that it has ended, he misses it..
its like he didn't want it to end, well, not yet..
but, it did.. how he wished someone had recorded everything
that had occurred in the past 5 1/2 months
so that andrew could play it over and over..
it was something worth remembering,
it was worth doing again..

andrew extends his deepest regards and thanks to all those that was part of this journey..
his co-interns, staffs, employees, doctors, residents, consultants..
little, small or no significance at all, they will forever stay within my subconscious..
hehe.. thank you! ^_^

32 hours ON DUTY, SWEAR!!! ☺

i was intending to duty for 16 hours only but DAMN!!
ONDOG had to ruin everything!!

friday 10pm - saturday 6am
everything was just fine,
little rain here, winds here and there..
hours in hospital: 8

saturday 6am - saturday 2pm
i wanted to go home, felt that something was brewing in the sky..
when i went out to see if the sky has calmed down,
i opened a crack sa FIRE EXIT door (which is like 200lbs heavy)
IT BLEW WIDE OPEN!!!! (shows how strong the wind is! haha)
hours in hospital: 16

saturday 2pm - saturday 10pm
still wanted to go home, but CANT!
flooded streets scare the shit out of me.. hahaha..
plus im in my white uniform, thats just not right! haha
i called home, asked if they could come and get me..
CAN'T!
hours in hospital: 24

saturday 10pm - sunday 6am
i slept like i was drunk! i couldn't even hear patients coming in from the ER..
when i woke up, first thing i looked at was the sky outside..
somehow rain has subsided and i was determined to go home this time!!
hours in hospital: 32

logged in friday, logged out sunday..
parang mga JIs and medical clerks (which stays in the hospital for 36 hours)
me so whiny, it shows im not meant to be med! hahaha..

My First Incedent Report (I.R.)

well, it isnt official YET... but it soon will be,
considering the fact that the one who requested it was GAY and had shit for balls!
it all started when early this morning, i had a patient who i won't call PJ
and i wont say worked in DLSUMC/DLSHSI.... i also can't he was there for his annual P.E.
which includes the radiographic examination of the chests, so i asked him NICELY
to take off his shirt (which is considered protocol to almost ALL HOSPITALS)
and place his thorax/chest in front of the VCH (vertical cassette holder)
when the examination was done (which didn't take more than 20 secs),
i asked him to wait as i check his radiograph, he then turned to me and said:
(in a very gayish-discreetly-shy type-low volumed-manner)
"kuya, may dugesh!" KIDDING haha.. "kuya may dugo!!"
so i calmly said "sige sir, ikukuha nalang kita ng tissue or cotton balls na may alcohol.."
i went back, offered the cotton (coz he had a small trace of blood on his weak-underling-chest),
and cleaned the VCH..
which, may i remind YOU, had only A DROP of DRIED BLOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you may not even consider it as A DROP of DRIED BLOOD eh...
the son of a bitch made a big deal out of it and reported it to the industrial..
he went back to the department pa, tapos parang ang yabang yabang pa...
nung na x-ray daw siya bat daw walang GOWN!???
saka bakit may DUGO???
eh tarantado!! sana sinabi mo, dun ka namin i-nex-ray sa VIP suite namin!!!
IGNORANTE ang walanghiya!! parang mas malaki binayad mo sa ANNUAL PE ahh..

even worse than what has already transpired as "eksena"..
he reported it to the management!!!
and the management wanted to talk the the person
who took the radiograph and made him a great big fool for taking off his shirt
exposing his "sexy body"..
the management wanted to talk to ME!!

pangunang bati: "hi sir, si blah blah blah blah..."
and i was like: "ahhh yes mam, ako po yung kumuha nun"
she was like: "eh sir, protocol na po ba tlaga satin na hindi bigyan ng gown and mga pasyenteng lalake???"
and i was like: (wasn't sure of the answer) "ahh yes mam, it might superimpose po kase sa radiograph.. .. blah blah blah...
she was like: "blah blah.. maski po sa mga empleyado natin? blah blah"
and i was like: *thinking to my self* (ahh ok, pag lalakeng empleyado lang pala)

if i had went on and on with what we talked about, it will only lead you to tears..
hahaha joke lng, no it would only lead to me winning the arguement.. BWAHAHA..
of course it ended with, "can i speak with sinong OIC ni sir alex today??"

and boss told me gusto daw ako bigyan ng I.R. (incedent report)
hahahaha.. fifteen days to go, hindi pa pinatapos junior internship ko!! hahaha..
why that low life-lame-excuse-for-a-GUY had to ruin it??
the boss now considers the fact that ALL patients young, old, man, woman and child
to wear gowns during procedures..

ALL THAT, FOR JUST ONE DROP OF DRIED BLOOD..

waking up to someone else's FUNERAL

i was up late last night (just because)
i never intended to wake up around 10am,
but so i did.. i woke up, to someones sermon,
to someones funeral.. i realized, it was President Cory Aquino's Funeral..
as in nananaginip ako ng "girls jumping on trampoline"
tapos ang sound/audio eh yung sermon/sharing nung isang tao!
YUN PALA SI KRIS NA YUN! hahahahaha..
(or i think yung guy na speaker before her)
nwei, i never really cared much about some celerity or popular someone dying..
pero this was very significant, i realized of all the years ive been here in this world
or should i say in this country, KELAN YUNG LAST TIME NA MAY NAMATAY NA PRESIDENT?
i mean, not including Marcos ahh.. kaya maybe this is my "first".. haha..

when i was wide awake, hindi ako dali-dali na tumayo, i watched lang muna..
hindi pa naghihilamos, pinunas ko nalang tuyong laway ko sa kumot,
ang muta namumuo pa sa gilid ng mga mata.. the likes..
i was listening to this priest from his sermon, why cory is the way she is..
how she was TIME magazines woman of the year,
the ender of dictatorship,
the mother of Philippine democracy, etc..
everything was very moving.. and id like to quote him,
pero wala akong maalala.. ahhaha..

when it was almost time for the mass to end,
(oo ni-skip ko na yung part na nag speech si kris.. haha.. medyo drama na eh..)
i had goosebumps when Lea Salonga took center stage and sang;
"ibon mang may layang lumpiad".. i couldn't help but be gay and have teary eyes..
tang ina kase eh.. napakaganda nung Cathedral eh..
what a dream it would be to serve there..
gusto ko karirin yung paggiging sakristan ko para in time,
makapag serve ako dun..
it was such a HIGH mass btw, i mean almost 20 bishops was there!! haha
not to mention the ARCHBISHOP!! so parang ASTTTEEEGGG!! hahaha
oh and the CHOIR! GEEEZZZ!! hindi man sila Philharmonic,
pero MAGALEENGG!!! whew!!

continuing on, when it was time for the convoy to move from Manila Cathedral to Manila Memorial, the route was filled with people all giving thanks to the former president..
throwing yellow flowers and showering yellow confetti..
in the midst of it all, something caught my attention, kawawa naman yung
apat na AFP na nakatayo sa hearse ni Cory.. haha..
i think they left the Cathedral mga past 11, tapos dumating sila almost 8 na ata..
hindi manlang sila maka-ihe or maka-kain.. or pano kapag uhaw na sila.. haha..
during this time, there was some footage sa PN ata yun..
kase mga Naval Ships honored the funeral with the firing of their canons..
akalain mo, gumagana pala yung mga yun!! ahahahaha

with whats all said and done, the funeral is over,
everyone has given their thanks, everyone has mourned,
Kris Aquino is still crying (haha), who could be the next Cory and Ninoy?

i would like to leave this post with a letter..
a letter from Ninoy to Cory.. i read this from a friend's Notes..

i practically fed almost the whole radiology dept.. hahaha..
well.. exage na ata yun.. pero damn!
ang dami tlaga.. emot made uhmm BLT's in the morning..
about 100 sandwiches.. tapos i ordered sa CERTZ 4 baked macs..
and by request of yung ibang "tek" eh they want bread rolls daw..
edi siggeee!! hahaha.. i ordered 4 pero dumating is 5! but that was cool..
i had intended na bigyan ang faculty, so yun.. i did.. hehe..
money was really no object pero nung napagalaman ko na madami pala nakakaalam..
o_O OMFG! ahhahaha.. ang daming schedules!!!

NGAYON, kame nila emot (dapat kasama sila karl saka puset, pero wala eh)

it was the height of the great depression in Ta-Te..
in the movie Pubic Enemies (hahaha.. couldn't stop myself)
you would consider him to be SOOO smart in which he plans things ahead..
he is always two thousand steps ahead of the police!! haha.. (no joke! haha)
o hindi naman siguro, bobo lang tlaga mga pulis nu-on! hahaha..
kase naman, isipin mo naman, the look out (i think was Homer)
was standing in front of the bank they were trying to rob,
and a COP suddenly comes forward to him to try and disarm him..
eh BOBO, naging human shield tuloy siya.. he planned that all along! im sure! haha
tapos bakit alam na alam ni John Dillinger kung sino yung bank manager?
hahaha.. may info na ba siya kagad dun sa bank, before he robs it?
if so, he really does plan ahead.. like example again, yung exit strategy nila..
alam nilang if they shoot first, there is minimal return fire..

if what happened on film, really did happen in real life..
then the cops those days were as dumb as the cops in Reno 911.. hahahahaha..

ampotrages naman kase!!! John Dillinger was out in the open when Billie was
taken in by the feds.. as in nag lagay pa ng barricade yung mga pulis..
tapos si John andun lang naglalakad, literally out in the open! TRAGIS! hahaha..

and yung sa may last part na.. he even walked INTO the bureau that was
investigating his case!! ISANG BUONG OFFICE working (well not much working
walang tao eh, baka lunch break, haha) in order to bring John Dillinger down!
he even asked for the score on the baseball game dun sa feds on duty..
the feds look at him and said "...." well wasn't sure what he said,
pero he gave the score of the ball game.. TANG INA!
he changed his appearance with just a mustache and red glasses..

hahahaha.. walang masiyadong dialogue sila Ironhide, Sideswipe, Ratchet, Arcee and JOLT!
Megatron, Starscream and Fallen had their monologues, why can't autobots have theirs?
well anyway, other than that it was by far the MOST SPECTACULAR MOVIE OF 2009!
not to mention there are a lot of very significant movies in 2009, Harry PUTA, ICE AGE 3, etc.
pero in my book, this film is worth watching sa cinemas over and over and over again!!
i mean, i watched the prequel like 12 times ata sa sinehan,
and this i wanna watch siguro as much as i can..

and ill update this blog everytime i go and see the movie..

hahahaha.. yeah.. in other words, NANAKAWAN KAMEEEE!!!
i lost my fone, wallet, and my dignity! HAHAHAHA..
kase sa kwarto ko lang nakapasok, other rooms are locked kase..
all in all, we lost i think 3 cellphones, 2 wallets, and a fossil watch!
not to mention mga items sa loob ng wallet ko..
ATM, ID, pictures of ex's i want to forget! hahaha..
gamecards, timezone prepaid, and a starbucks debit card! hahaha
yeah tawa ako ng tawa ngayon, pero kaninang umaga,
halos maubusan ako ng mura.. i cursed like ive never cursed before!

i don't really have words or metaphors to explain to you,
how hard, and at the same time easy, being an intern could be..
its only been 1 week (10 days) since the start of our junior internship,
and here i am, sulking over the fact that I AM BORED! hahahaha..
paulit-ulit nalang, there's really no thrill (not unless nasa O.R. ka)
pero same procedures, same-'ol same-'ol!!
paboritong line namen? "wag lang pong gagalaw"..
mapa CT or MRI, or nuclear medicine, DEXA, even X - rays!! hahaha..
i am not blaming anyone!! eh sa yun ang procedure eh!

hindi biro ang pagiging intern!! there's so much to learn, so little time!
so many people you come across with seeking help, seeking hope..
at times i find myself symphatizing to some patients whose conditions,
are far worse than anyone else's..
but, this is just the beginning, who knows, i might even find myself
traumatized over the fact that someone has died right infront of me..
that could be my worse case scenario.. i don't know how i'll cope up with that!

i am still haunted by the image of this 80 or 90 year old woman in the E.R.
she's blind, talking to herself (or at least i think she's talking to herself)
coz at times, i think she's calling out to a relative or a nurse.. but no one's there..
id like to say "its gonna be alright" pero thats just not right..
(i wouldnt know anything naman dba?)

but, again.. this is just my first week! ☺

its only like less than 8 days 'till Christmas..
surprisingly, i have yet to save up for "Christmas expenses"..
what do i mean by these expenses??

well FIRST ung mga INUMAN!! haha..
every year at christmas eve, meron kameng konting salu-salo..
kame-kaming mga mag-babarkada sa aming munting village..
it happens right after noche buena, right after the "opening of gifts"..
we gather around, drunking 'till its christmas morning..
nung isang beses, hindi namin namalayan 9am na pala..
9am, December 25!! haha.. as in may namamaskong mga bata na..
opkors lahat kame laseng, haha.. i spent the whole christmas day sa kama..
slept mga 10am (kase from 9-10 "sumusuka" ako ahha), woke up 8pm na ata..
it was well worth it (the sleep, i mean..)
pero disappointed ako, kase every christmas day dn, our family
(kasama relatives from pinsan to pinsan ng tita ng mag pinsan) gathers..
and when that happens, maski ung kasing tanda ko, may aguinaldo!! hahaha..
every christmas week/month dn, may gathering dn kame ng mga old PT-15s..
well, ung easy to contact lang madalas ang nakakasama..
last year, nag SWIMMING kame! oh ahh, paskong pasko, nasa swemming pool!!
hahahaha.. this year, so far, ang plan lang ata is dinner and INOM (ULEH!) lng..
and every christmas season dn, teka, wala na pala..

SECOND, the gifts..
i have no idea, is it a norm na pag christmas, kailangan lahat ng tao hingan mo ng regalo?? kase halos lahat ng kilala ko (madalas makausap) eh nanghihingi eh..hahaha.. or kamuka ko lang tlaga si santa (with the beer belly and white beard, well ok, black naman ung beard ko, pero same difference)
of course, i am obliged to give thanks and give gifts sa family ko..
pero look, logic lang yan eh..
kung ang perang iniipon ko, ay perang pambaon ko sa araw araw,
na binibigay ng pamilya ko.. therefore (naks,, i know!!), ang perang yaon ay sa kanila pa rin.. kase wala naman ako source of income, baon lang..
edi i propose, wag na nila ako bigyan ng pera para hindi nako mahirapang magipon, ibili nalang nila ng gusto nilang regalo para sa kanila..

i mean, have you watched the opening of the 2008 Olympics lately?
firework footsteps, 2008 drummers, fireworks that can be seen in space,
oh and my personal favorite; WALL RUNNING! hahaha..

something i worked for for at most 1 year, was said to be bias..
so, i/we failed our thesis defense..
it was last Friday, i was so psyched!
nagising pko 6am, ung defense namin 12nn pa! haha..
pero it was intentional, kase magrereview pa kame before the defense..
there we were 11am palang ata nasa faculty na kame,
preparing our presentation and all..
pero pag dating ng panel, otomatik sabi nalang;
"ok, upo muna kyo.. lets go straight to the point noh,
blah blah blah, blah blah, blah, abbablah..
parang ang bias kase ng research niyo eh.."
oh ahh.. naminhid nalang ako eh..i cant even open my mouth..
natuyo laway ko.. parang kala mo bagong tulog ako.. haha..
cant say i blame them, siguro nga mali gawa namin..
they know better dba? i mean, mga MAEd. ED.d at R.R.T. na sila eh..
after nun, i felt so inferior nalang.. hahaha..
12-1 lang ang defense, it started siguro 12:30 na,
it ended mga 3:30 ata.. 3:30 sa body clock ko, un pala 1:30 palang tapos na!
hahaha.. sobrang naapektuhan ako, kala ko 3pm na! 1:30 lang pala!
oh well.. we have 2 weeks para matapos ang revisions ng panel..
revisions, meaning BUONG THESIS! kase, palit daw title!
i didnt make paramdam the whole weekend.. almost 48 hours,
sobrang naapektuhan ako.. haha.. pero eto.. were due less than 12 days..
kayang kaya toh!.. think positive! (ngehh, pano kung drug test o pregnancy test toh?

its been almost 2 weeks since the start of classes..
for that, ive been to school 5-6 times, i really dont remember..
what i do remember was i got drunk 4 times! hahaha..
d ko naalala ung araw ng pasukan pero alam ko ilang beses ako nalasing nun.. haha..
drunk to the point that the next thing you know, nasa kama ka na..
magigising ng madaling araw saying, "oh, sino nagpalit sakin",

hahaha.. i know, kase yan ang mga nasabi ko sa sarili ko.. haha..
there was this one time, naalimpungatan ako ng aking malay,

luckily, kalapit billage ko pala ung mga yun, so nahatid nila ako sa kanto ng haus namin..

remember i told you nagcanvas kame ng place for our outing?
well this post IS about the outing.. haha..
at foist, me and cow had some transpo troubles,
kase nag back-out ung friend niya na dapat magdadala ng van..
so, naginom nalang muna kame.. kasama tito niya..

morning came, i had like atleast 2 hours of sleep!
hahaha.. movie marathong kase eh.. haha..
"go to prison" saka "meet the spartans"..
sobrang excited, c horse nagtext ba naman 4am ata!
"boi san na kau"?? hahaha.. damn! excitement! haha..
and meeting time sa dasma is like 7am pa..

so there we were, 7 of us, haha.. sa car ni dad!!(honda civic)
medyo masikep, pero karga naman..
nagmerge na nga lang ung itlog ko.. haha..
naging as one nalang sila.. they like fused together! haha..

on the last straight road to laiya,
sabi ba naman ni bebang..
"kanina pko nakakita ng Laiya na yan ahh! nasan na ba un!!" haha..
GALIT NA! hahaha.. tapos isang sign board sabi ba naman..
"LAIYA straight ahead, 22km"
ay wow, onti nalang.. haha..
maybe 15 mins on the road nakakita siya ng signboard,
"LAIYA straight ahead, 15 km"
hahahahaha.. sa layo ng na biyahe namin, 7km lng pala un! haha..
then the next said,
"LAIYA straight ahead, 10 km"..
hahaha.. it looked as if it was never ending.. hahaha..

so there we were, LAIYA! hai.. the smell of the beach..
the beach na nasa shoreline ung WAVES! WAHHHH!! hahaha..
it was like nakaka5ft away ka palang sa shoreline,
hahampasin ka na kagad ng 7ft wave! haha..
tapos may mga unknown stuff pang kakapit syo..
like dahon ng buko, linta, SEEweed, GRABA, haha..
but wait, theres MORE, mga muka-kalaki na BATO! haha..

after catching our first wave (parang mga surper nuh?)
we made, banlaw, kase tiny pebbles, 100x larger than sand,
were in everywhere within our body! haha..
specially dun sa brief, kase ung briefs kase may tiny pouch un dba??
sa may perineum, dun punong puno ng bato ung brief ko!
as in parang may bolus! haha..
when it was horse's turn, "HULI KA" hahaha..
ni picturan ni cow na nagbibihis, with his briefs down! haha..

it was a fun..hindi kame nagvideoke, pero nagtawanan kame..
hindi kame nagsaya dahil sa lakas ng waves, pero we had brutal pictures..
hindi kame maxadong naginom, pero nagasaran kame..
maybe thats the beauty of it, hindi kyo magkakasama sama for a while,
tapos when you do, you'd have tons of kwento..
i therefore conclude that each and everyone of us,

BIGLAAN! nagtext sila "cow" (yes that is his name)
pntahan daw namin ung laiya, san juan batangas..
para makapag canvas ng mga resort for our up coming outing..
so there we were, we left dasma aroung 5pm..
our route was thru tagaytay and thru lemery, into batangas city..
along the way, we asked aroung kung saan ang daan papntang laiya..
ang daming directions, pero most of them "DERECHO LANG!"
ayun, kakaderecho namin, ibang san juan ang napuntahan namin! haha..
san juan, mabini.. where as dapat san juan batangas city! hahaha..
we were on the road more than 5 hours..
with that, i think weve almost seen it all..
snake roads that have like 30 degree curves,
straight NOTHING roads (as in wala tlaga, ung daan na wala ka tlaga makikita!),
spooky cave-like structures,
and the alarming scent of sampaguita! hahaha..
while on the road, inasar ko si rex (boyfriend ni chin, na ex ni rex, na kapatid ng tropa kong si ching)
sabi ko; "rex, kamustah na nga pala si jenny?? may number ka pa niya?"
hahaha.. abah at eto si chin, todo sa pag interogate!!
almost half of the way pauwi, tanong ng tanong.. SINO SI JENNY??
mga kaibigan ko.. si JENNY po, ay hindi kathang isip lamang..
may katotohanan sa gitna ng bawat letrang nasasaad sa kanyang mga pangalan..
palawakin an inyong mga imahinasyon..

a hot summer day in CALATAGAN

a friend invited us to a family outing because it was his barfday..
he said that all expenses paid, and we leave from his house at 4am..
so i spent the night at his house.. hehe..
morning comes, i didnt sleep at all..
was planning to sleep on the way nalang, 3 hour drive naman eh..
so there we were, slept from tagaytay on the back of my friends car..
when about an hour and 30 mins later may kumagat sa labi ko..
i was like PUTRAGIS!.. namamaga ung labi ko (ung upper -left - lip)
parang insekto ang kumagat eh.. parang kagat ng lamok..
so nagpa stop ako sa pinakamalapit na tindahan, bumili ng vicks..
(my friend, the driver, says it works..pahiran ko lang daw ng vicks)
and ang galeng, before makarating sa beach, haha.. wala na ung maga..

so typical day, mga 8am kame nakarating, kaen muna..
tapos ligo na.. nagtataka ako, siguro nasa 500m away na ung mga tao
hanggang tuhod pa dn ung water! haha..
so ung friend namin (the driver) showed us this spot..
we walked along a cemented walkway (NA SOBRANG DULAS DAHIL SA LUMOT!)
for bout 10 - 15 mins.. (kaya matagal kasi mabagal kame dahil madulas! kulit mo ah!)

when we reached the end, it was like 5 ft deep lang! haha..
well because of the corals.. a nice thing nga eh..
the water may be 6 ft deep, pero dahil sa corals 5 nalang..
tapos parang 2 or 3 kilometers away ka na shore, ang babaw pa dn..
parang ung scene sa pirates a mini-island in the middle of the sea..
na pag high tide nawawala.. hehe..

so there we were, spending the morning at the farthest ive ever been to shore..
went back for lunch tapos nagdala na kame ng BOOZE! haha..
actualy mojitos lang dala namin, no need for salt, may dagat na eh! haha..
from maybe 10-1pm kame dun sa spot na yun..
drinking mojitos and sucking on pseudo-wet na cigars! haha..

i expected that mangingitim ako..
pero i didnt expect na ganito pala muna kasakit! haha..
tang na, magbabad ka ba naman tapos wa epek pa ung SPF 70 sayo!
dang hapdi ng likod ko! haha..
kulay makopa pako! hahaha..

and last sunday, it was the Feast of the Divine Mercy..
and we (the prehistorics, mga more than 8 years na sa alaga ni divine mercy)
have decided na mag"serve" uleh..
normally, it takes atleast a month muna para makapagserve ka uleh..
you have to attend meetings, etc.
but we, well well well, mga VIP! hahaha..
nakapagserve kahit impromptu na day before lang sinabihan..hehehe..
so there we were, i held the candle, and so did "wax" (as we call him)..
main (the ones outside at sight of the presiding priest) was kuya efren and kuya rj..
emcee was pao, and incense was kerroppi.. haha..

there we were, no practice and no care!..haha..
kaya ayun, mali mali kame ng partner kong si wax.. haha..
tlagang one of the major positions na madaming ginagawa ang kinuha namin,
candles!! hahaha.. dapat nga incense and boat kame eh..
BUTI NALANG TLAGA! hahaha..

then right after, POODS!! hahaha..
the thing about fiesta eh every 2 hours, the menu changes! haha..
ubos or d ubos! thats why i love Feast of the Divine Mercy! haha..

night gimik, well, MOA lang.. sa mga bar sa likod..
couple of SML, relieve the stress sa mga nakakahiyang mali namin!
and to catch up on things narin.. hehe..

we left here around 8pm, home at 11:30pm..

oh pero there was this one sa 5 wounds church,
it was a replica of christ's shroud..

i dont know why pero i think its because TeeN, my ex, told me i should lose weight..
try ko daw mag diet..
and id do almost anything for this girl..
d ko alam kung baket, ever since, ive been very conscious sa food i eat..
i eat less rice now, i dont eat merienda and midnight snacks anymore..
no more beer and softdrinks, no more junk foods with MSGs..etc..

i hope this works out for me..

my fellow oldschool ministry of altar servers (MAS),
also know as "the untouchables"..hahaha..
they were the first batch of MAS in ASDM..
i was kinda part of the first, sort of the mid-first-second batch..hahaha..
well nwei, movin' on.. we went to antipolo for a short break,
a swim, sobrang init nga naman sa mandaluyong eh..
so there we were, havin fun, nawala halos boses ko sa putragis na videoke na yan..
ahahaha.. no one knew what would happen to us on our way back..
4:30am, on our way down antipolo.. there are several routes back to mandaluyong..
there were also 3 or 4 intersections..on the 3rd intersection,
there was this brand new HONDA accord right infront of us,
on go,we had a chance to turn left coz it was also a fast way to manda,
but we didnt, suddenly we heard a loud screeching,THEN BAM!!..haha..
(exage eh noh..haha..) ung accord was hit, by a besta,
coming from the opposite side (na dapat eh naka STOP)..
we were so blessed it should have been us,kase before nun,
our driver, si kuya efren, na ni-overtake siya netong accord..
so un, we were so thankful, blessed pa dn kame kahit papano.. yee!. ^___^

The GREEN splash island

we went to splash island almost a weekend ago,
i was very excited as to that was the first time i was goin there..
to my surprise LAHAT NG TUBIG GREEEN!!!..
except xempre ung inumin, shower and ung mineral and ung flush etc..
hahahahaha..so nwei, disappointed as i am, no choice na eh..
sayang naman ung 250 ko.. and ung dahilan ko na walang pasok nung araw na un..
hahahaha.. so i enjoyed myself sa green waters ng splash island..
after my first balsa trip (ung may mga salbabida ek ek)
pupnta na sana kame sa cottage when we saw 2 HEADTURNERS!!..
as in mga anak ng pakuke (terminology from mandy)..
hahahhaa.. ung isa boobs from maui, ung isa face from an american muma!
hahahhaa.. oh nwei, nung nalag lag na nga ang mga brip namen, pnta na kame ng cottage..
dun na kame nagsipag lagl lagan ang mga panga, dahil ung 2 lang pinaguusapan namen..hahaha..
so, nung naka recover na kame, pnta na kame sa mga slides, to get there,
we decided to use the balsa balsa, para d maxado mainit..
to our surpise, ANDUN UNG DALAWANG GODDESS!.. hahahaha..
so i waited sa may pool na, kasi wala nang salbabida, my other friends,

tapos medyo pa VIP ang dating namen.. hahaha..

btw, i didnt drink as much as i usually do, kase ala na petax..

shes almost 75+ na ata, pero ang hair gsto laging may color,
